We have long standing relationships with local hospitals, regional specialists and community health services such as community nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, social workers, dieticians and diabetic educators.
MURWILLUMBAH DISTRICT HOSPITAL
Drs Shauna Purser and Nispa Krongkaew are part of the roster that provides all hours medical care at Murwillumbah Hospital. Our patients can be admitted to Murwillumbah District Hospital under the care of one of these doctors to treat a range of conditions. Patients can have infusions/transfusions and procedures performed at Murwillumbah District Hospital.
TRAINING DOCTORS
This practice is accredited by RACGP for the training of fully qualified doctors for the specialised vocation of General Practice. These doctors are called G.P. Registrars. They work in the practice on six – twelve monthly rotating terms.
We also pride ourselves in teaching Medical Students who are posted with us for one year terms from University of Wollongong Graduate School of Medicine.
